Associate Dean, Operations & Policy

The Associate Dean, Operations & Policy helps steer funding and planning and promotes accountability for the Faculty of Medicine. Through this position strong partnerships with affiliated teaching hospitals, district health authorities, government funders and other stakeholders are encouraged. Strategic planning and policy development as well as assisting in the development of new funding models are also part of the Associate Dean’s portfolio as are guiding and directing services in finance, human resources, administration, and information technology.
